Services & Engagements

Our development services — including AI agent development, RAG systems, and MVP builds — are delivered under fixed-scope engagements described in a written proposal or statement of work. The scope, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria stated there prevail over anything on this website, including indicative price ranges.

Payment

Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and work may be paused for overdue payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the project deliverables created specifically for them under the engagement, unless the statement of work says otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, and grant the client a license to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Website content, branding, and design remain our property.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. Specific confidentiality or data-processing terms in a signed agreement take precedence.

Warranties & Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. For services, we warrant that work will be performed with reasonable skill and care; except as stated in a signed agreement, all other warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI systems are probabilistic — deliverables include the testing and guardrails agreed in the statement of work, not a guarantee of error-free output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law
